BACKGROUND
Mas Cal Demoura is a highly respected estate in the Terrasses du Larzac appellation of the Languedoc. Founded by Olivier Jullien and now run by Isabelle and Vincent Goumard, the estate is certified organic. 'Terre de Jonquières' is their flagship red, a blend of Syrah, Mourvèdre, Carignan, Grenache, and Cinsault. It is a deeply expressive wine, balancing the sun-drenched ripeness of the South with the freshness of the Larzac plateau.
