FEATURES
The 2024 vintage in Burgundy was challenging, marked by significant rainfall and humidity, which tested winemakers. However, despite these hurdles, the quality of the wines has been a pleasant surprise, offering freshness and radiance. Pierre-Olivier Garcia's Bourgogne Aligoté "Les Champs Tions" comes from a vineyard averaging 90 years old, giving it serious pedigree. This Aligoté is vinified and aged in neutral oak, aiming to express the grape's true character. Expect a wine with citrus peel, green apple, white flowers, and crushed stone notes, wrapped around a textured palate that elevates it beyond a simple Aligoté. It's a bright and fresh expression, showcasing why Aligoté is becoming one of Burgundy's most exciting categories. 【來自90年老藤的布根地阿利哥蝶】

BACKGROUND
Originally named Moron-Garcia, Domaine Pierre-Olivier Garcia is located in Burgundy, France. The primary grape varieties are Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. It was co-founded in 2016 by childhood friends Mathieu Moron and Pierre-Olivier Garcia. The inspiration came from Pierre-Olivier Garcia's father, Jean-Pierre Garcia, a renowned geologist at the University of Burgundy, who gifted him a vineyard in the village of Nuits Saint Georges called "Les Charmois," spanning just 0.4 hectares. Subsequently, Mathieu and Pierre-Olivier purchased a house in the center of Nuits Saint Georges, which they converted into a winery and cellar, marking the beginning of the domaine's history.
