🥂 This powerful and aromatic Côte Rôtie is perfect for a celebratory feast, a special gathering with fellow wine enthusiasts, or as a statement wine for an important dinner. It's a wine that commands attention and appreciation.
🍴 This Syrah-dominant wine is a natural partner for rich, gamey meats, roast white meats, braised dishes, and steak. It also pairs exceptionally well with lamb. For Eastern cuisine, consider robust dishes like grilled lamb skewers with cumin, or a rich, slow-cooked beef stew with star anise.
