It is a smooth red wine with delicious aromas of red and black fruits like blackberries, currants, and cherries, notes of violet flowers, and subtly spicy touches. On the palate, it is compact, energetic, and very pure, marked by wonderful nerve and acidity, and silky, fine tannins. Expect brightness and beauty with blackberry, black cherry, and crushed slate, leading to a full-bodied palate with tight, compressed tannins that coat the palate, and a very persistent finish. It also offers refined notes of red fruit, blood orange, pomegranate, and spice with an elegant, silky texture. 🍴 This Priorat red pairs well with lamb, red meat, game, and white meats.
