🏰 The 1994 Chateau de Beaucastel Chateauneuf-du-Pape is a 【classic example of aged Rhone】, renowned for its balance, elegance, and aging potential, with all 13 appellation varieties organically grown since the sixties. This vintage, from a hot summer with a small crop, presents a beautiful red color and a very open nose with notes of old leather, vanilla, game, and lightly smoked. The palate is suave and elegant, with resolved tannins and excellent length, offering a complex and mature bouquet of dried fruits, herbs, and earthy notes.
🍴 This mature Chateauneuf-du-Pape is an ideal partner for robust and savory preparations such as roasted game, beef bourguignon, braised beef ribs, or roasted lamb. It also pairs wonderfully with truffle dishes and aged hard cheeses.
🥂 An excellent choice for a special anniversary, a sophisticated dinner party, or a vertical tasting of Chateauneuf-du-Pape. It is drinking beautifully now and offers a truly harmonious experience.
Serving: Serve at 15°C and decant before serving to allow its complex aromas to fully unfold and to separate any natural sediment.
