This 100% Malbec was crafted by Henri Parent, owner of La Violette in Pomerol, and was intentionally aged in cellars for eight years before its release in September 2022 to optimally display its aging potential. Decanter awarded it 95 points, noting its intense fragrance and ripe black fruit profile. 🍴 This Malbec pairs excellently with red meat due to its robust structure and lovely acidity.
