Domaine Lignier-Michelot is a wine producer based in the village of Morey-Saint-Denis, in Burgundy's Côte de Nuits subregion, where it produces a range of predominantly red, Pinot Noir-based wines from the Morey appellation itself and from neighboring villages. The domaine counts some highly regarded premier cru and grand cru vineyards among its holdings. The Lignier family has cultivated vines in Morey-Saint-Denis since the early 20th Century, but sold its grapes to négociants each vintage until 1992, when it began to bottle some of its own wines.
