Henri Germain, Chassagne Montrachet Morgeot Les Fairendes 1er Cru, 2021
🏰 The 2021 Henri Germain Chassagne Montrachet Morgeot Les Fairendes 1er Cru is a 【classically styled white Burgundy, showcasing power and elegance from its distinctive terroir】 despite a challenging vintage. The 2021 Burgundy vintage saw early season frosts and low yields, yet produced wines of freshness and elegance. This particular Morgeot Les Fairendes is noted as one of the more generous and open-knit wines of the cooler vintage, even recommended for early enjoyment. It bursts with scents of honeyed orchard fruit, freshly baked bread, and beeswax. Medium to full-bodied, satiny and enveloping, it offers a generous core of fruit with an expansive finish, alongside notes of minerals, honey, stone, butter, oak, vanilla, green apple, citrus, and brioche.
🍴 This versatile white Burgundy is an excellent companion for classic seafood cuisines, delicate sushi, other Asian specialties, pasta dishes, or cured meats.
🥂 Perfect for fine dining experiences, celebratory meals, or a sophisticated evening with discerning friends.
