This exquisite Chablis Grand Cru is a dream pairing for fresh seafood. Think classic French oysters, steamed scallops with garlic and vermicelli, or a delicate pan-seared sole. For an Asian twist, it would beautifully complement a light dim sum selection or even some fresh sashimi. Its crisp acidity also makes it a great match for creamy goat cheese or a rich chicken terrine.
