FEATURES
🏰The 2012 Perrot-Minot Griotte Chambertin Grand Cru is an 【immensely expressive Pinot Noir from Burgundy】, known for its awesome complexity and depth, sublime elegance, and striking finesse. Christophe Perrot-Minot has refined his style, moving away from super-extraction while maintaining texture and volume. The 2012 vintage in Burgundy, despite unusual weather, was largely very good, with this wine benefiting from 60-year-old vines in a south-facing vineyard. It offers notes of 【red and black fruit, minerals, spices, and underbrush】, with a powerful yet silky tannin structure.
🍴 This red Burgundy pairs beautifully with duck, goose, and game birds. It also complements roasted lamb, mushroom risotto, or fine cheeses.
🥂 A magnificent wine for a grand celebration, a serious wine tasting, or a luxurious dinner. Decant for 1-2 hours and serve at 16-18°C (60-64°F).
