🏰 Paolo Manzone and his wife Luisella established their winery in 1999. The name 'Reysu' is the Manzone family's nickname, meaning 'root,' symbolizing their deep connection to their work and land. The Arneis grape thrives in cooler climates, and this vineyard is ideally situated at an altitude of up to three hundred meters with south-facing exposure. Battonage is employed during fermentation on the fine lees to enhance complexity. This wine displays a straw yellow colour with beautiful green reflections. The nose offers delicate notes of green apple, while the palate delivers fresh nectarine and peach, providing a harmonious balance of acidity and sweetness, complemented by a touch of crisp minerality on a very long and pleasant finish. Other notes include apple, melon, apricot, citrus, lemon, lime, minerals, stone, honey, and jasmine. 🍴 An excellent choice for light salads, fish risotto, and mild cheeses. It also pairs well with shellfish, pasta, mature and hard cheeses, lean fish, and cured meats.
