🏰 The 2019 vintage in Meursault is celebrated for producing wines with both richness and freshness, and Anne Boisson's Meursault Les Chevalieres is no exception, offering a 【vibrant expression of Chardonnay with remarkable balance and depth】. Expect enticing aromas of ripe yellow fruit, toasted nuts, and a hint of butter, leading to a palate that is both creamy and mineral-driven.
🍴 This elegant white Burgundy is a superb match for pan-seared scallops, roasted chicken with truffle, or a rich seafood gratin. For Asian cuisine, try it with steamed fish with ginger and spring onion, or a delicate dim sum selection.
🥂 Ideal for a sophisticated dinner party or a special occasion where a refined white wine is desired.
BACKGROUND
Domaine Pierre Boisson/Anne Boisson is a family winery. The winery is run by father Bernard (retired in 2016), son Pierre and daughter Anne. Although it is the same winery, the wines produced by the three people will be labeled separately. on their respective names. They jointly own 8.5 hectares of land around the Cote de Beaune, and the vineyard's terroir is wet stone and flint, giving the grapes more minerality.
