Faiveley, Bienvenues Batard Montrachet Grand Cru, 2010
🏰Faiveley's Bienvenues-Bâtard-Montrachet Grand Cru 2010 is a magnificent white Burgundy, renowned for its 【opulent texture, profound minerality, and complex bouquet of white flowers, hazelnut, and citrus】, offering exceptional aging potential. The 2010 vintage in Burgundy was highly acclaimed for both reds and whites, known for its purity, freshness, and excellent balance. Expect a wine with classic Grand Cru Chardonnay characteristics, including notes of white flowers, vibrant citrus, toasted hazelnut, and a rich, buttery texture underpinned by a strong mineral backbone.
🍴 This superb white Burgundy is ideal with rich seafood like roasted lobster or pan-seared scallops, roasted chicken with a cream sauce, or delicate veal dishes. For an Eastern pairing, consider it with a luxurious steamed crab or a rich abalone dish. Aged Comté or Gruyère cheeses are also a perfect match.
🥂 An outstanding choice for a significant celebration, a high-end gastronomic experience, or a prized addition to any serious cellar.
